During a busy holiday season it may take up to a month but this is unusual. Lead Time: Typically we ship orders within 12 business days. Placing Orders: Currently, wholesale orders must be placed by telephone or e-mail. Sample orders are exempt from our minimum order requirement. However, many of our products are available for purchase in travel/tester size in single quantities. Sample/Tester sized Products: We do not supply product samples free of charge.
The only exception is for first-time sample purchase.

Wholesale Discount Prices: Wholesale discounted prices are available to customers that will be reselling our products to the consumer through an established retail store or web site.
